We are actively hiring Desktop Support L1 Engineers for a long-term onsite opportunity in Wilmington, MA. Looking for experienced professionals with strong Desktop/OSS support expertise. Key responsibilities include end-to-end Desktop Support activities, Deskside Management & Touch Support, Local IT & Imaging Support, O365 Support, troubleshooting desktop/software issues, Desktop, Laptop & Printer administration, remote support for end users, Windows OS & MacBook support, Zscaler troubleshooting, SCCM & Intune solution design and implementation, Windows 10 deployment & migration support, SCCM hierarchy design experience, and migration to SCCM from legacy tools. Required skills include Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS), SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10, O365, Remote Desktop Support, Desktop Engineering, and Endpoint Management. Experience required: 6 to 8 Years. Rate: $25 per hour. Duration: 12 months.
