We are seeking motivated Field Technicians to support telecommunications infrastructure across 600+ government facilities. If you have experience in electrical, mechanical, alarm systems, telecommunications, automotive repair, or general trade services, we would like to hear from you. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Install, upgrade, and maintain telecom equipment and cabling; support fiber, wireless, voice, and network operations; assist with inventory, logistics, and field dispatch activities; troubleshoot telecom, wireless, and network-related issues; maintain documentation, tickets, and project records; follow safety standards and industry best practices. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of trade service experience (electrical, mechanical, alarm systems, telecom, handyman, etc.), experience troubleshooting technical equipment or systems, ability to read technical drawings and instructions, valid Driver's License, ability to lift up to 125 lbs and work on ladders, familiarity with basic hand and power tools, strong communication and customer service skills. Highly Desired: Experience with cable testers, multimeters, optical power meters, or similar tools, knowledge of telecommunications, networking, or cabling systems, interest in CompTIA A+, BICSI, or related certifications.
