GrabMart is hiring a Marketing Executive to join the team. This role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives for brand partners to drive business growth, building pitch decks and campaign proposals, leading co-marketing campaigns and seasonal activations, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Creative, Content, Marketplace, and Operations, managing weekly and monthly marketing assets, and tracking campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration, +1 year of relevant experience, good knowledge of digital landscape and ecommerce, a consumer-centric and data-driven mindset, capability to work effectively with diverse teams, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Expected onboard time is end July.
