We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer for the Maintenance Department. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical equipment with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical failures, monitoring performance of pumps, compressors, conveyors, turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, developing maintenance schedules, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with production teams, managing spare parts inventory, ensuring safety compliance, supervising technicians, and preparing maintenance reports. Required experience is 2-3 years with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, shafts, lubrication, rotating equipment, welding basics, and preventive maintenance techniques. Location is Pardi, Valsad.
