We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing for the Community Connect role at Sterling Hospitals in Vadodara. Key responsibilities include conducting field visits to build networks with clinics, GPs, consultants, corporates, schools, NGOs, and residential societies. You will promote hospital services, health packages, camps, and special offers, maintain relationships with referral doctors and key influencers, and submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR). Additionally, you will plan and execute health check-up camps and awareness programs (BP, Diabetes, Women's Health), coordinate with medical and operations teams, ensure patient data collection and engagement, generate patient leads through field activities, coordinate appointment scheduling, follow up on leads, and track walk-ins and conversions. Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred) with 2 to 6 years of experience.
