Globtier is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer (L1 & L2 Support) for full-time, work from office position in Vadodara, Gujarat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and applications, providing technical support to end users, managing Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, and basic networking, and handling IT support tickets. Requirements: 1+ year experience, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows OS & MS Office, basic networking knowledge, good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Active Directory/Ticketing tools is a plus. Salary: up to 3-3.3 LPA (depending on level).
