We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed partners for an experienced System Administrator to manage and oversee their end-to-end IT infrastructure and system administration operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end system administration and IT infrastructure operations; Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies; Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage infrastructure; Oversee server deployment, patch management, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery; Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning; Manage user access, identity, permissions, and endpoint administration; Ensure system security, hardening, compliance, and vulnerability remediation; Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to maintain a stable IT environment; Lead infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational improvements. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on experience in System Administration and Infrastructure Management; Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Storage Administration; Experience with backup, disaster recovery, server monitoring, and performance tuning; Good understanding of networking fundamentals, virtualization, cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices; Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and team coordination skills.
