We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer (Electrician) for our retail stores in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves ensuring, maintaining, complying, and driving operational success. Responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance of all store systems, maintenance of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, lighting and infrastructure, routine inspections of equipment and utility systems, ensuring fire and safety compliance, coordinating with vendors for timely issue resolution, and supporting store openings, audits, and refurbishment activities. Candidates must have an ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 1-4 years of experience in electrical/facility maintenance, and knowledge of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, and facility maintenance. Preferred industries: Retail, FM, Warehousing, Hospitality, Commercial, FMCG. Salary: 2.5-3.0 LPA (current CTC). Extensive travel across assigned stores required.
