A leading Digital Credit Provider (DCP) is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our branches. As Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations, manage a team of 8-12 staff, ensure profitability targets are achieved, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. You will drive business growth, manage credit quality, ensure SOPs are followed, and develop your team for career advancement. Key responsibilities include managing daily branch operations, leading team performance, achieving branch targets for disbursement, collections and profit, maintaining portfolio quality under 5% PAR, ensuring 100% SOP compliance and regulatory adherence, supervising and developing branch staff, building and maintaining client relationships, and reporting to the Regional Manager. Mandatory requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field, current or previous experience as a Branch Manager with minimum 2 years proven experience managing a branch in microfinance, strong understanding of credit management and portfolio management, and excellent communication skills.
