Full-time role for an experienced Triage Engineer with expertise in Set-Top Box (STB), Video, and System Integration (SI) domains. Key requirements include strong experience in STB, Video, and Embedded Systems; hands-on experience with C++ and DevOps; experience working directly with Development, QA, and Triage teams; knowledge of Embedded Software Development & Deployment for Smart TVs, STBs, and Routers; experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Tableau, Smartsheet, and MS Office Suite; strong project/program tracking and reporting experience; comfort presenting to senior leadership; self-driven professional; mandatory Project Management or Program Management experience. Preferred: Embedded product development lifecycle knowledge, software delivery and field deployment experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. No C2C. Minimum 7+ years experience required.
