We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to support procurement, contract management, vendor management, and accounts payable workflows. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. * Configure Procurement Service Management (PSM), Contract Management, Vendor Management, and Shopping Hub functionalities. * Develop workflows, catalog items, record producers, SLAs, notifications, and procurement case templates. * Implement end-to-end sourcing and procurement fulfillment workflows. * Build integrations with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. * Develop and troubleshoot Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer solutions. * Gather requirements, provide technical design recommendations, and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. * Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities. Required Skills * 3–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience. * Strong experience with ServiceNow S2P, Procurement Service Management (PSM), Service Catalog, and Portal Development. * Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Integrations, ACLs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes. * Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, vendor onboarding, contract management, and accounts payable processes. * Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar enterprise applications.
