We are actively hiring experienced IT professionals for full-time Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) positions across the USA. The role combines software engineering, system integration, AI engineering, and customer consulting skills to solve real-world business challenges. FDEs work directly with clients to design solutions, integrate systems, build AI-powered workflows, and support deployments. Prerequisites include 2+ years of real-time IT experience, strong programming skills in Java and/or Python, knowledge of APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, system integrations, exposure to AWS/Azure, databases, and software development practices. Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-based applications preferred. Excellent communication and client-facing skills required. Selection process includes an FDE screening test (mandatory) with minimum 70% score required to qualify. Candidates with relevant project experience and hands-on technical expertise are essential.
