We are seeking a Senior UKG Integrations Developer with strong functional and technical expertise to lead enterprise HR and workforce management integration initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading architecture discussions, designing and developing UKG integrations using Dell Boomi, building REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SFTP/file-based integrations, creating integration specifications and error-handling frameworks, collaborating with HR teams, performing testing and production support, ensuring data integrity and security, and mentoring junior developers. Required experience includes 10+ years of UKG/Kronos implementation and integration experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central, and experience integrating with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and third-party HR systems. Mandatory certifications include Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification and UKG Pro Integration, Dimensions Integration, or Workforce Central Certification. This is a remote contract position.
