We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of .NET Core Tech Lead with mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Drug Development domain. The ideal candidate will independently drive discussions, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a Microsoft-centric environment. Key responsibilities include leading requirement gathering and solution discussions, translating business requirements into actionable plans, managing delivery across multiple initiatives, and contributing to solution design across Microsoft applications, cloud, and data platforms. The role requires leveraging AI and Microsoft tools to improve productivity and delivery quality, supporting end-to-end execution including documentation, coordination, testing oversight, and follow-ups, and communicating project status clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required skills include excellent communication, a strong business-oriented mindset, high learning agility, hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms, and strong problem-solving skills. Mandatory exposure includes .NET / .NET Core and C#, Azure fundamentals, SQL Server or Azure SQL, Power Platform exposure preferred, and experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, ChatGPT or OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, or Azure OpenAI Services. Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a closely related discipline. Work location is remote.
