• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a skilled Lead ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with strong expertise in Service Mapping and Event Management to support implementation and configuration activities for US-based operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties 1. Support end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementation and configuration activities. 2. Lead and execute hands-on implementation of Service Mapping and Event Management. 3. Maintain configuration management database (CMDB) integrations and overall ITOM architecture alignment. 4. Collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders ensuring quality delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience 1. Required Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS-Service Mapping (Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Mapping), and CIS-Event Management (Certified Implementation Specialist - Event Management). 2. Hands-on experience implementing Service Mapping and Event Management. 3. Strong technical and communication skills. 4. Eligibility: US Citizens currently residing in the US. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details 1. Location: Remote (US-based). 2. Work Schedule: Part-time / Contract schedule of 16 hours per week. 3.
