### Role & Company / Project Overview StartEdge IT Solutions is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow ITOM with deep focus on Event Management for a remote contract position. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules with specific emphasis on Event Management and Alert Management. - Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB synchronization, and Health Log Analytics. - Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of specialized experience in ServiceNow ITOM. - Extensive hands-on background in Event Management, Alert Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Health Log Analytics, and integrations. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST. - Location: Remote (PAN India). - Contract duration. ### Compensation & Benefits - Contract basis compensation. ### Application Instructions - Submit your detailed CV with ITOM module implementation details.
