### Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking a senior ServiceNow professional to lead CMDB, CSDM, Discovery strategy, and configuration data governance across enterprise platforms. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own CI class models across CMDB, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Enterprise Architecture foundations. • Drive CSDM alignment, service mapping, and BSO 2.0 business service mapping. • Define API configuration item (CI) modeling, including versions, ownership, and dependencies. • Own AWS Discovery strategy, including MID Server architecture, credentials, data sources, scope, and success criteria. • Establish CI normalization, reconciliation, ownership, and support data standards. • Partner with client data owners on asset, contract, and discovery mapping. • Ensure CMDB supports Security Incident Response, SAM, Access Management, and monitoring integrations. • Apply AI-assisted approaches to CI data profiling, relationship mapping, reconciliation rules, and governance documentation, with source-system validation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM. • Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one enterprise CI class model. • Strong knowledge of CSDM, service mapping, and business/technical service offerings. • Discovery strategy experience, including MID Servers, credential management, and Cloud Discovery vs. Service Graph Connectors. • Data governance experience with normalization, reconciliation, and ownership standards. • Required Certifications: ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB, CSDM, or ITOM certification/micro-certification. • Visa Requirement: Independent visa only (No OPT, H-1B, or GC). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 100% Remote ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should send their resume along with details of ServiceNow certifications, CMDB/CSDM experience, and examples of CI model ownership.
