CSS is growing its Healthcare IT Staffing & Consulting practice and is looking for an experienced Healthcare IT Staffing Sales Leader to help expand our client base across the United States. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling Healthcare IT staffing and consulting services, building strong client relationships, and consistently generating new business. Responsibilities include selling contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, consulting, and managed services. Requirements include 5+ years of Healthcare IT staffing or consulting sales experience, proven success generating new business and exceeding sales goals, and existing relationships with hospitals, health systems, healthcare technology companies, healthcare consulting firms, or government healthcare organizations. This is a 100% remote position.
