We are seeking an experienced Chief Laboratory Operations Officer (CLOO) to lead laboratory operations, testing systems, research infrastructure, and quality assurance programs across a global scientific organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee laboratory operations, testing procedures, and research workflows; Drive quality control, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence; Manage laboratory infrastructure, equipment, and modernization programs; Coordinate R&D support for product development and innovation teams; Build and lead high-performing laboratory and scientific operations teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field; 15+ years of leadership experience in laboratory operations, research facilities, or scientific services; Strong expertise in quality systems, lab management, and regulatory compliance; Proven success managing large-scale laboratory environments; Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
