We are seeking an experienced IVR QA Engineer with over 8 years of expertise to validate and enhance Interactive Voice Response systems. The role demands robust skills in both automated and manual testing, test planning, defect tracking, API testing, and Agile methodologies. Preferred experience in the healthcare domain. Responsibilities include validating IVR call flows, voice prompts, routing logic, and integrations, designing and executing test cases, documenting and tracking defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments. This is a contract position.
