Key Requirements: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in Education, Government, or Non-Profit sectors. Proven ability to provide strategic direction and policy oversight. Strong budget management, operational improvement, and stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building with boards, media, and government agencies. Bachelor's degree required; Master's or JD preferred.
