We are seeking a strategic and passionate Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to lead and enhance our sustainability initiatives, ESG programs, stakeholder engagement efforts, and corporate social impact strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sustainability and CSR strategies aligned with business objectives, leading ESG reporting and compliance, engaging stakeholders to drive social and environmental impact programs, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with leadership teams, managing partnerships with NGOs and community organizations, and staying informed on emerging sustainability trends. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field, 5+ years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or Corporate Affairs, strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
