We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors; ensuring compliance with building codes and safety; managing procurement of materials and equipment; and tracking progress and reporting to clients. Requirements include 6+ years of experience in construction project management, knowledge of construction methods and materials, and experience with project management software such as Procore or MS Project. Compensation includes a salary of $85,000 - $125,000 per year plus a 12% performance bonus, health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, a $2,000 training budget, and a $1,000 home office stipend. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide.
