We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to provide legal guidance and support for business operations, contracts, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Support mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions. Identify and mitigate legal risks. Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters. Advise executive leadership on legal strategies. Review employment and vendor agreements. Develop corporate policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the United States. Experience in corporate, commercial, or business law. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
