We are seeking an experienced Chief Packaging Manufacturing Officer (CPMO) to lead packaging production operations, plant performance, quality management, and strategic growth initiatives across our manufacturing network. Key responsibilities include leading packaging manufacturing operations and production strategy, driving operational excellence, quality, and cost-efficiency programs, overseeing plant performance, automation, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, managing capital projects, facility upgrades, and expansion programs, and building and leading high-performing manufacturing and engineering teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field, 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, proven success managing large-scale production facilities, strong knowledge of packaging operations, quality systems, and process optimization, and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
