Linewise Vision Labs is expanding and looking for experienced Experts to support AI data annotation projects focused on identifying and classifying heavy-duty industrial machinery, trucks, diesel and gasoline-powered equipment, and stationary machinery. This is a flexible, fully remote independent contractor role. Responsibilities include reviewing video data featuring industrial equipment and machinery, accurately identifying and classifying heavy-duty trucks, machines, components, and equipment types, applying industry knowledge to support high-quality AI training data, following annotation guidelines and maintaining quality standards, and working independently while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Minimum qualifications: must be at least 18 years old, experience with heavy-duty industrial machinery, trucks, diesel or gasoline-powered equipment, or stationary machinery, ability to accurately identify machinery types, categories, and key components, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills and comfort using online tools, must have a verified commercial bank account or verified Wise account in own name. Preferred backgrounds include heavy equipment mechanics, diesel and gasoline technicians, fleet maintenance professionals, equipment operators, industrial maintenance technicians, mechanical engineers, construction equipment technicians, agricultural equipment technicians, truck and commercial vehicle technicians. System requirements: laptop or desktop computer only, supported operating systems Windows 11 or macOS latest supported versions, processor Windows Intel Core i5 10th Gen or higher or Mac Apple Silicon M1 M2 M3 or newer.
