• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, business requirements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The work focus centers around Data Analysis and Mainframe Reporting for the Oil & Gas industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements. - Develop and validate reports and business processes. - Perform in-depth data analysis and root cause analysis of data errors. - Document end-to-end data flows and support data publishing efforts. - Coordinate UAT, user training, and implementation activities. - Work actively with Power BI, Snowflake, and enterprise data reporting solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. - 8+ years of hands-on experience in report development and documentation. - Strong background in business process analysis and technical solution design. - 5+ years of experience coordinating UAT, user training, and implementation support. - 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Snowflake and Power BI. - Demonstrated industry domain experience in the Oil & Gas sector. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - 100% Remote Opportunity within the USA. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates or referrals should submit an updated resume.
