Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Business / Data Analyst (Identity Reporting Analyst) to join an Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will combine strong IAM/SailPoint expertise, advanced SQL skills, and Power BI dashboard development proficiency to deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop Power BI dashboards using SailPoint Secure Data Share (SDS) hosted on Snowflake. • Analyze relational database schemas and write complex SQL queries. • Build comprehensive reports covering Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), access requests, entitlement reviews, and identity lifecycle events. • Gather business requirements and translate complex reporting needs into actionable solutions. • Collaborate closely with IAM, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver executive-ready dashboards. • Query and analyze identity data from SailPoint, CyberArk, and Active Directory. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow experience. • Advanced SQL skills (INNER JOIN, OUTER JOIN, GROUP BY, and correlated subqueries). • Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development. • Hands-on experience working with CyberArk and Active Directory. • Strong understanding of JML processes, access requests, entitlement reviews, and access certifications. • Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and CSV data analysis skills. • Excellent business analysis, analytical, and communication skills. • LinkedIn profile creation date should be before 2019. • Preferred Skills: SailPoint Secure Data Share (SDS), Snowflake, and advanced IAM reporting and analytics. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote – USA. • Engagement Duration: Long-Term Contract.
