• Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on an onsite basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform requirements gathering and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Manage and align Salesforce CRM / SFDC processes and implementations. - Collaborate across teams to ensure proper Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven background and strong hands-on expertise as a Senior Business Analyst. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM / SFDC. - Demonstrated proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) and Informatica MDM. - Solid capabilities in SQL and Data Governance. - Extensive experience conducting Requirements Gathering and leading UAT cycles. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Model: Onsite - Location: San Jose, CA (Local candidates preferred) • Application Instructions Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting an updated resume through the designated contact email.
