• Role & Company / Project Overview: Tekshapers is seeking an experienced Process Mining Consultant to lead enterprise-level Process Intelligence implementations using Celonis. The role involves leading multiple implementation teams while remaining hands-on technically across enterprise clients. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead multiple Process Intelligence implementation teams. - Drive Celonis solutions across enterprise clients. - Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities. - Handle Celonis ETL, Data Pools, Data Jobs, and SQL Transformations. - Build data extraction pipelines and develop custom connectors. - Implement Action Flows, Action Views, and Machine Learning components. - Work with PQL, PU Functions, Knowledge Models, Views, and Analysis. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 12+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Analytics (mandatory requirement). - At least one end-to-end CCPM (Celonis Certified Process Mining) implementation is mandatory. - Strong hands-on experience with Celonis implementation. - Strong SQL and Vertica SQL expertise. - OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) knowledge is highly preferred. - Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS. - Proven experience leading multiple teams while staying technically hands-on. - Celonis certification is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Enterprise consulting engagement. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume via email.
