American IT Systems is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in IBM DataStage, SAP BODS, and AWS to design and support scalable data integration solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL jobs using DataStage and SAP BODS, building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows, working with AWS services for data processing and storage, leading data integration activities, and supporting production systems while troubleshooting issues to ensure data quality. Required skills include 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering/ETL development, strong expertise in DataStage and SAP BODS, good knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts, hands-on experience with AWS, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Snowflake or cloud ETL tools and knowledge of scheduling tools are nice to have. This is a full-time opportunity based in the United States.
