We are hiring a Head of Data Engineering & Platform Architecture. This is a full-time remote position. The compensation package includes an annual salary of $170,000 – $360,000, a performance bonus, stock incentives, comprehensive health insurance, and technical leadership & certification support. Requirements include 8+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or big data architecture; strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and distributed systems; experience with tools like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks; a solid background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); and proven leadership in managing engineering teams and enterprise data strategy. Lead enterprise data architecture, build scalable data platforms, and enable data-driven decision-making across global business operations.
