We are looking for an experienced Power BI Architect to join a long-term enterprise analytics initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale BI solutions, data modeling, reporting architecture, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will design and architect enterprise-wide Power BI reporting and analytics solutions, develop scalable dashboards, reports, semantic models, and datasets, define Power BI governance, security, and best practices, collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements, optimize report performance, data refresh processes, and overall platform scalability, support data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms, and lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues. Required skills include 10+ years of BI/Data Analytics experience, strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service, advanced SQL and data modeling skills, experience with Azure Data Platform (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse, etc.), data warehousing and dimensional modeling expertise, experience with Power BI administration, security, and governance, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have includes Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, DevOps/CI-CD experience, Power BI or Azure certifications. The candidate must be willing to provide support during off-hours, go-live activities, and critical production issue resolution as needed.
