We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our systems, networks, and data from threats. Monitor for vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and implement security controls. Key responsibilities include monitoring security alerts and investigating incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, implementing and managing security tools (SIEM, firewalls, etc.), developing security policies and training staff, and staying updated on emerging threats. Requirements include 3+ years in cybersecurity, knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS, experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), and certifications like Security+, CEH, or CISSP (or working toward). Nice-to-have: Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure) and incident response experience. Compensation: Salary $85,000 - $125,000 USD/year, 12% performance-based bonus, health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, $2,000 training budget, $1,000 home office stipend.
