We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Business Analyst to join a leading client on a long-term remote contract. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Guidewire BillingCenter enhancements, analyzing API integrations with PolicyCenter, payment gateways, finance/GL systems, data warehouses, and third-party applications, and collaborating with architects and developers to deliver scalable solutions. The analyst will create user stories, SRS documents, process flows, use cases, and functional documentation, support UAT, QA, regression testing, and production issue analysis, partner with Billing Operations, Finance, and Technology teams, and ensure compliance with Guidewire best practices. Required skills include strong experience as a Business Analyst supporting Guidewire BillingCenter, expertise in billing workflows, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, delinquency, and write-offs, experience with Guidewire integrations and APIs, strong knowledge of Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation, experience supporting UAT, QA, and production issue analysis, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
