We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst for a long-term remote engagement on a W2 basis. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing integrations with internal and external applications, and collaborating with solution architects and developers to define technical solutions. The analyst will create Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, wireframes, process flows, and technical documentation, and drive requirements through the full SDLC. Additional responsibilities include serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and support teams, supporting production issue triage, UAT sessions, and QA testing, and providing functional expertise and best practices for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations. Required skills include strong hands-on experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst, expert knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance policy administration processes, experience with system integrations and APIs, strong documentation and process modeling skills, experience supporting SDLC, UAT, QA, and production support, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a 6+ month contract position with video interviews.
