We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Pharma/Life Sciences and AI Enablement initiatives. Key responsibilities include business analysis, Generative AI & AI Enablement, process improvement, GxP/ALCOA+/21 CFR Part 11 compliance, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, AI governance & compliance, and change management. Preferred experience includes clinical operations, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, CMC/manufacturing, medical affairs, and commercial operations. The role requires expertise in identifying AI use cases, leading AI/automation initiatives, and driving digital transformation within regulated pharmaceutical environments. This is a remote position working in the EST time zone for a company based in the United States.
