We are seeking experienced professionals in architecture and engineering to join our global design team. You will work on mixed-use, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts and technical drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and managing project deliverables and timelines. This is a 100% remote, full-time position worldwide. Compensation includes a salary of $70,000 - $120,000 USD per year, a 12% performance-based bonus, and benefits such as health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, a $2,500 training stipend, and a $1,000 home office stipend. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Engineering, 5+ years in design and project delivery, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar, and strong communication and coordination skills.
