We are hiring for an exciting Generative AI Engineer position. This role requires 5+ years of experience and is fully remote with a day shift. Key skills include OpenAI/Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps Fundamentals, CI/CD/CT Pipelines for ML, Azure Cloud, Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-tuning & Deployment, and AI Application Development. Responsibilities include building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-powered applications, developing RAG-based solutions on cloud platforms, designing scalable and production-ready GenAI applications, implementing MLOps practices including CI/CD/CT pipelines, addressing AI challenges such as hallucinations, bias, and model optimization, working with advanced generative models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI products.
