We are looking for experienced US Tax professionals with strong exposure to: Review of Forms 1120, 1120S & 1065 returns, complex pass-through structures & K-1s, multi-state taxation & advanced business tax concepts, High Net-Worth (HNW) taxation, foreign reporting & international tax exposure preferred, experience in independently handling client engagements. Exposure to Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, international reporting. Tools: CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Engagement, CCH Prosystem Fx Engagement, CCH Workflow, CCH Binder. Looking for professionals who can operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong technical and preparer/reviewer capabilities with long term vision.
