We are seeking a strategic Chief Sustainability & ESG Officer (CSEO) to lead environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, sustainability initiatives, regulatory reporting, and long-term impact programs across a global organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute enterprise-wide sustainability and ESG strategies; oversee carbon reduction, climate action, and environmental compliance programs; lead ESG reporting, governance frameworks, and risk management initiatives; drive sustainability innovation across operations and supply chains; collaborate with investors, regulators, and global stakeholders; build and lead high-performing sustainability and ESG teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Engineering, or related field; 15+ years of leadership experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, or related fields; strong expertise in climate strategy, ESG frameworks, and regulatory compliance; proven success leading enterprise sustainability programs; exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
