We are hiring a Sales Acquisition Specialist for Paymob UAE. We are looking for a driven sales professional with experience in fintech, payments, or business banking. The role involves expanding Paymob's merchant network across the UAE. Products include POS Machines, Payment Links & Payment Gateways, and BNPL Solutions (Tabby & Tamara). Key responsibilities: identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and face-to-face meetings; build and manage a strong sales pipeline independently; handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure; develop and maintain long-term relationships with merchants; consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements: proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market; experience in fintech, payments, banking, merchant acquiring, or related industries is highly preferred; strong understanding of the UAE business landscape; excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.
