We are seeking an experienced Chief Satellite & Communications Operations Officer (CSCOO) to lead satellite communications systems, global connectivity infrastructure, mission operations, and strategic expansion initiatives across a space and telecom organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing satellite communications systems and ground station operations, driving global connectivity, signal reliability, and system performance, leading deployment of satellite constellations and communication infrastructure, managing mission operations, bandwidth optimization, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with aerospace and telecommunications regulations, and building and leading high-performing engineering and operations teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, 15+ years of leadership experience in satellite communications, telecom networks, or aerospace systems, strong expertise in satellite systems, RF engineering, and network operations, proven success managing large-scale communication infrastructure, and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
