Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Tucson, AZ. Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER. Location: Tucson, AZ 85745. Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Payrate: $63-$65/hour. Responsibilities: - Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient status. - Coordinates care across disciplines to ensure continuity of care. - Carries out physician and nursing orders as directed. - Coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team. - Performs patient assessments (initial, focused, and reassessments). - Identifies patient problems and clinical needs. - Develops and updates care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with patients/families. - Provides nursing care including safety, medications, treatments, education, and documentation. - Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans as needed. - Delegates, prioritizes, and supervises care activities across the care team. Qualifications: - 2 years of ER experience - Current RN license - BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification.
