We are actively seeking an experienced SAP Basis Support Analyst with strong SAP HANA Database Administration expertise to support enterprise SAP landscapes. Key responsibilities include SAP BASIS and HANA Database Administration, SAP System Copies (Oracle/HANA), SAP Client Copies and Environment Refreshes, SAP Installation, Configuration and Maintenance, System Monitoring and Daily Health Checks, Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting, Security Patch Implementation, SAP Startup/Shutdown Management, and SAP Kernel and Support Package Upgrades. Required skills include 8+ years of SAP BASIS Administration experience, strong SAP HANA Database Administration experience, experience with Oracle and HANA System Copies, SAP Environment Refresh and Client Copy Activities, hands-on experience with High Availability (HA) environments, SUSE Pacemaker Cluster Administration, HANA Monitoring, Failover Testing and Performance Management, SAP Upgrade Experience (Kernel, Support Packs), SAP Security Patching and SAP Notes Implementation, and strong troubleshooting and production support skills. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting large enterprise SAP landscapes, strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability Solutions, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Work style is hybrid with 2 days per week onsite preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience required.
