We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Service Manager to join our growing hospitality team. The role involves leading and managing all Food & Beverage service operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising restaurant, banquet, and room service operations; training, mentoring, and motivating service associates; maintaining service standards, hygiene, and operational efficiency; coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments for seamless guest experiences; and monitoring budgets, inventory, and cost control measures. Candidates must have proven experience as an F&B Service Manager in a reputed hotel or hospitality organization, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and guest-handling abilities, sound knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and hospitality operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Hotel Management degree/diploma is preferred.
