We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a mandatory FMCG background to lead brand growth, innovation, and go-to-market excellence. Key responsibilities include driving growth and ROI across quick-commerce channels, scaling owned social media channels for brand awareness, and leading end-to-end creative development for packaging and digital campaigns. The role involves managing New Product Development (NPD) from conceptualization to launch and analyzing performance dashboards to optimize revenue and profitability. Requirements include 5-6 years of experience in FMCG, Food, or high-growth startups, strong analytical skills, and commercial acumen. An MBA in Marketing is preferred. Working days are Monday to Friday.
