We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end Salesforce continuum across strategy, architecture, governance, and execution. This role will require practiced knowledge of understanding solution decisions tradeoffs to benefit the long-term cost of ownership. This role will interface with executive leadership, require strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performing Salesforce architectures. This will include stewarding our implementation to create a common, consistent global catalog of our products, bringing customer and contract data together within as few instances of Salesforce as possible globally, and shaping customer onboarding and compliance approach. Key responsibilities include owning the Salesforce Front Office target architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing), CLM, Commerce, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, and AI capabilities; defining global reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails aligned to Brink's Lead-to-Cash and Customer Enablement capability model; driving instance strategy, consolidation decisions, and regional deployment patterns; and leading buy vs build vs extend decisions with trade-off analysis. This is a 1-year contract position with a hybrid work model in Texas. Only local candidates are considered, and preference is for visa-free candidates.
