We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a leading Retail Business in Tema. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include supervising daily shop operations, leading and motivating shop staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring stock levels, maintaining product displays, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; minimum 2-3 years experience in retail operations, sales or shop supervision; experience in specialty retail, supermarket, mothercare or baby products is an advantage; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; good organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
