We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Shop Assistant to support the daily operations of a leading retail business in Tema. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, maintain store displays, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, providing product information, supporting sales activities, maintaining product displays, handling customer inquiries, assisting with stock receiving and inventory checks, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; minimum 1-2 years experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in specialty retail, supermarket, mothercare or baby products is an advantage; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills and attention to detail.
